I need a projector for less than a day (next Sunday) for a presentation I'm doing. Where can I rent one of these for really cheap?

Thanks!

An LCD projector that will hook up to my laptop so that I can do a presentation. Like this one:

http://www.rentech-solutions.com/support (broken link) I couldn't find anything local but here's a website that is pricey at $170/day! Maybe try local libraries. Sorry I couldn't be more help

Oh, that's fine! I called Rent-a-Center (I put the wrong store earlier) and they said they don't have them either. A friend mentioned how her office rented one from them a few years back, so I guess they just don't carry them anymore.

I saw that site before too when I tried to see if I could rent online. I also noticed that there's tons of rental sites like that and they all looked suspicious because the cost for the rentals cost just as much or even less for a person who is just buying one for keeps.

If the presentation is for a non-profit or a community group, then you can most likely borrow one from the public library. I've borrowed one from the Oldham County Library in the past for a charity event and they even came and helped me set it up!

Those sites weren't legit. There's tons of them that are structured the same way, =(

It's not a charity, but it is a common interest meet-up. I will call around tomorrow and see if they do that. Thanks!

If they don't, I'm totally screwed.
