My family and I are searching for a home to rent in or near Farmington. We are moving from Texas and would like to have something set up before our arrival the end of June. Has anyone seen any places or heard of homes available? We appreciate any help we can get. Feeling the pinch of a this huge move, but looking forward to being outside all day without sweating 2 pounds away!

In a college town such as Farmington, if you find something, I wouldn't dilly dally. Often students want to rent/live in houses rather than live on campus. Personally, I'd check out the following:
Charming 3 bedroom Cape, 1.5 bathrooms, Formal Dining Room, 2 car Barn (says barn/garage)or this one
Great 3 Bedroom, 2 and 1/2 bath (one car garage) or this one
Beautiful Waterfront Home Having a garage would be great because the area typically gets a considerable amount of snow. Here's another one with a garage.
House in Farmington for rent close to town ...also a fireplace or wood stove is nice...
