If you email the Caribou chamber of commerce they will mail you a listing of all the appartments in the general area. They send a big package with lots of info.

Just wanted to thank you again, Scott. Got the papers and am not getting anything done around the house today. Can't seem to move from my chair with coffee and the papers. Thank you so much.

I tried the P.I. chamber and got no response. Caribou was the best about info of the area, jobs, housing etc.

PI Chamber is very lax in doing much of anything. Try Fort Fairfield town office as well, bunch of nice people and very willing to help from what I have seen. Still trying to track down rental leads from decent people.

Thanks, I got a paper in Presque Isle last Saturday. I met some people who will be helpful, also.

A guy in Caribou that has rentals all over the place up here is Rick Willy. Can't think of his management company right now, but he also manages apartments for others. There is Mojave Reality who is buying apartments all over this area as well. I will try to find their contact info for you as well, they are out of California actually, but are getting into the rental scene here BIG time. We may not be as settled or "urban" as our neighboring counties, but we try at least. This is a nice place to set up "home" as long as the need for more trappings of a populated area are not high on the agenda. Personally I would lean toward Fort Fairfield if you have children.
