While googling things about forestry in maine, this slideshow came up. In my opinion its actually a pretty neat piece of work that explains some basics of maine, and its ecosystem. I am not sure how accurate it is, but there are many parts of it that are accurate (if not then i know nothing about the woods in general and should live in nevada, you guys do have Moose right???).

P.S. does the boreal/coniferous forest extend down to maine? whenever i try to google/research it i get mixed answers, some say it goes as south as bangor, others only show it in all/part of Aroostook, others place it halfway up in Canada (not even close to Maine).
