We made a scarecrow one year with a mask that lit up and eyes that flashed. It didn't do much more than a regular one during the day but it scared the deer of at night real well!

Kind of looks like Dolly Parton minus the head....

My problems were with deer and woodchucks....put in a 4 foot fence, problem solved. I have the birds but they spend their time over at the feeders away from the garden.

Problem solved until there is something tempting for the deer...4 feet is a short hop!

im trying to find a manaquin to mount to it .fix his hand so it will hold a beer can.
give it a plad shirt and carharts that would look cool.and in the fall im going to poot it down by the road so it can wave when cars go by maybe iratate the newyorkers next door.

my mom seen it yesturday now she wants one . my next one im going to mount an old lawn chair and set that old plastic santa in it.
