I grew up in Eastport and moved away for college nearly a decade ago...returned Downeast with a hubby and new baby in tow. We currently live near Cutler, but I'd like to move back to Eastport - my folks are still there (free babysitting!), and I'd like to become active again in Stage East and the Arts community. Plus, all this time away has made me realize just how much I need to be in Eastport. It's my home, after all, and I think it is the best place to raise our baby.

There are lots of rentals from fall to spring if you are willing to heat the home. You might put an ad in the Tides. There are also a number of apartments and duplexes that will take cats, so there are a lot of rental opportunities.
