I posted in the off topic thread that I found $40.00 in a parking lot today. I put it in my pocket.
Late this afternoon I was almost hit in the rear while riding my motorcycle. I had to almost lay the bike down in the ditch. I ripped a hamstring pretty badly trying to keep the bike upright and this evening I can barely walk.
Is it payback or coincidence! dmyankee said no good deed goes unpunished.
I think now I should have turned in the $40.00!!

I'm just going to go with coincidence.
Sorry you're one hurting unit tonight, pal. Ice it tonight, then tomorrow throw some dirt on it and get back in the game!
Thanks msina and Mermaid, Even a healthy dose of red wine tonight has not dulled it so I'm sure I'm in for a couple of days of limping.
I'm thinking payback especially because I saw the whole thing last night in a dream!
Just a suggestion, maybe make an anonymous donation to your favorite charity to clear things up??
You know the old saying " what goes around comes around!"
Sorry you are in pain. It could have been much worse.
