Thank God they didn't catch me this morning at 5:15 locked out of my house when the door to the back yard shut and I was only clad in a tee shirt and underwear!!! I was mortified quite enough having to retrieve a key from a hidden spot in the front yard, never mind the whole world seein' me!!!

I like the Elevation Contours in the My Maps section of Google Maps. You can find out your exact elevation where you live or any other place too. I like to know how high things are compared to sea level. My house here in Dover is at 475 feet. My brothers house across the street is at 493. Downtown Dover is 317. I just need to know this information.

The Google Earth aerial photos of my house are at least 12 years old! They show a turkey pen behind the house and no barn. We built the barn in 2000!

That stuff is important to know! When global warming melts the polar ice caps next week and the sea rises 300 feet you will know which direction to run to get to dry land. My house is only about 100 feet above sea level according to my GPS. Guess I better buy that boat!

I never thought about it much but I pee out in the back field all the time. I occasionally send the one finger salute skyward just incase someone is watching. DW thinks I'm nuts but.....you never know!
