Looking into moving to the Gwynnbrook Townhomes in Baltimore in the next couple months from Western NY. I have a 3 year old daughter and am planning to re-enroll her in pre-k in the fall. Based on location she would be going to Dickey Hill Elementary School. I've heard HORRIBLE things about public schools in Baltimore in the past, but looking at this school's website, it doesn't look half bad. Also I'm looking into applying as a DSP at the Arc of Baltimore. I've been working as a DSP for 5 years in Western NY.
Any info on the townhomes, school, or the Arc would be appreciated!

Recent carbon monoxide leak at Dickey Hill:

Carbon monoxide leak at Dickey Hill school in Baltimore hospitalizes 6 - Baltimore Sun

I know nothing else about the school except that it appears to be very old.
