Best home I ever purchased. They allowed us to make significant changes to the blueprint without extra fees. A few years later when friends and acquaintances were complaining of drywall nail pops, leaks, bad steps, etc., I never had any problems. If I remember correctly, unlike most local builders who sub out most of the labor, Bob Ward had his own builders that did all the construction. It was a very well built home.

When I purchased they were primarily in northern counties of Maryland; don't know where he is building now ( bought that home in 2000.
