You're considering that to be a storm? Much of MD and your area in particular MIGHT get a dusting to 1".

I do not believe in the Farmer's Almanac or any long range forecasts. But I do believe in the law of averages and since we had very little snow the last few years I'm totally expecting this to be a big snow year. But not on Wednesday, it rarely comes before January.
