Looks like we're moving to Milton, and will begin the house hunt very soon. I know because of the holidays there is little currently on the market, but I'm curious as to whether folks think we can find a home up to $850,000. Ideally, it would have at least 3000 square feet (or room for an addition?), 4 beds, 2.5 baths, etc.

We've been told that the Glover School neighborhood or Columbine Cliffs are good places to look (walkable, easy access to public transportation, kid stuff, etc). Thoughts? Or, by any chance -does anyone know someone who may have just such a house to sell us? I think we'll probably aim to move in mid-March (coming from out of state, but I am a Massachusetts native).

Thanks!
