Does anyone else find that drivers from Connecticut traveling up our way always hog the left lane of the highway?

I've never noticed any specific bias to the driving habits of folks from other states driving in the Commonwealth, with the exception of folks from NH, many of whom regrettably seem to be rather aggressively self-centered while driving in Massachusetts.

And given historical migration patterns in New England, what can we further conclude about your observation?

This who drives the worst, fastest, most belligerent and so on is really old. We all have our bad habits and idiotic tendencies.

Hahaha!!! As soon as I read the title of this thread, that's what I thought of. In CT, on the highways, there are no cars at all in the slow lane. So I have to pass them using the slow lane. Weird.

And I think that some of them just stay in the leftmost lane with their cruise control on.

The Nashua area is horrendous (almost worse than Boston), but I figure most of those idiots you see are transplants from MA.

There are terrible drivers in every state. But I have noticed that CT drivers seem to hog the left lane.

I am glad to see some confirmations of my observations. I have never seen a car with CT plates in the slow (far right) lane of any limited access highway in MA or NH.

CT drivers are responsible for at least accidents a year in the East Longmeadow rotary.
