Hoyer will be you're starter, so don't worry about Manziel for a bit.

You'll be might cramped putting a family of 5 in that house! Small house on a small lot.

I live in Lynnfield and my wife is an elementary school teacher here. I am happy to answer any questions you may have.

FYI, all of Lynnfield is on septic. There is no town sewer except for a few streets in South Lynnfield bordering Lynn. Same goes for Middleton, North Reading and most of the other smaller North Shore towns.

I agree that we may be cramped... but we haven't stumbled upon anything that is a decent size in our range...
Lot size doesn't mean much to me... we have basically no useable yard now... so no change there :-)

our realtor is putting some stuff together for us to visit this weekend so hopefully he knows of some hidden gems...

It's true - I drove by this sign today! Right after driving by a small sports car with the license plate "TOYCAH".

A lot of towns are on septics around here (unfortunately) but the seller will have it inspected and it will receive a pass/fail score. we have a septic which will hopefully last a long time! other than knowing we have it, theres nothing to see or deal with. (its underground.)
