Last night on "The Simpsons" the family went on a Hatevacation to Boston so Homer could show Bart how lousy the football team was and they ended up moving there.

It was so funny and they really nailed the accents and mannerisms of Bostonians.
The funniest thing was when the football team which was actually the Patriots but were not named that won another championship and in the parade Number 78 Wonkowski jumped off the float to pose for a photo with his tongue sticking out. They even had Belechick in his hoodie.

The whole episode was too funny I just never knew that Boston had so many candlepin bowling alleys !

Did you see it?

Great episode. Lot of obscure references only Bostonians would pick up on.

Favorite line "We won 12 division titles in 10 years fair and square!".

Dang! Forgot to watch it, even though I had planned to do so. I'll have to hope to catch it as a rerun.

That is great. I backed up and watched some scenes again to try and catch the little things that are often found in a Simpsons episode and I still missed most of them. Thanks for posting that link Scorpio.

If you missed it I would say check it out and have a laugh.

According to the Boston.com article you can usually see the episodes on Fox's website the day after so long as you can prove that you have a cable subscription.

Here it is:
Watch The Simpsons Online: Episode 3, Season 28 on FOX

When I watched it, I didn't have to sign in. It indicated they would let anyone watch an hour for free, without having to prove a cable subscription or anything.

Yes! It worked for me, too. Thanks so much, guys. Loved it. I grew up near Boston and now work in Springfield (Mass.), so it worked for me on many levels.
