Could anyone help me to find the easy way to commute?
Thanks in advance

It's a lousy commute but not as bad as the drive to Bentley described here:
Newburyport to Bentley University Waltham Commute

Leave early or late is the best advice I can offer.

Ive done a similar commute. Get off at the Middlesex turnpike and take back roads from there to Bentley during the morning. Waze is helpful with that. The morning rush hour is acutally pretty easy for the Andover to Bentley commute all things considered. Most traffic on 128 during that period is from Burlington to Waltham, but you can use back roads to prevent that.

Afternoon is more difficult. Usually I took route 3 instead of going to 93. Depends on where in Andover you are though. The stretch of 128 from Waltham to Burlington dosn't get too bad. The stretch from Burlington to Woburn is awful. And there really aren't any backroads that I've found to avoid that.

I used to drive Burlington (Mall Rd area) to North Shore daily. That stretch is bad. There are backroads but you have to know the area well as none are direct. And they honestly only save you a handful of minutes.

I only took them as I am not a fan of just sitting in traffic and rather be moving.

Rt 3 might be your best bet unless you are over by Phillips
