why the public high school in great Boston area have so low US News ranks? for examples, Lexington High School is 368,

Brookline High School is 752,



Newton North High School is 753

It measure diversity, minority performance, and test score % aggregate growth from elementary to middle to high school.

Frankly, MA schools aren’t diverse. And, they test better than any state in the Union at every level. So, test scores are always the best, but the growth at every level is meh. Other rankings are often middle of the road..

Ehh

They’re only 59% white.

Our schools are just really good schools, Newton and Brookline are mostly white and Asian and rich.. maybe underperform for their demographic.
