He's probably underestimated the puritan nature and cost of doing business in MA. Hes from Nevada where they had dozens of pot shops open before mass had one despite passing at the same time. Akyvhasnt fallen over there.
That's all a given, just wondering why they don't tell Mahhty to go stuff it? The only city they should have to answer to is Everett, one would think anyway.

They did Carlo DeMaria Everett mayor is cool with it. It's just no fun Marty and he's appealing to the puritan and slow moving nature of state legislature. No one wants to be in Everett-they want to be in Boston, they don't even want guests to know it's in Everett hence the name of the casino. They are incentivized to do what Boston wants as is the state legislature.

Well that ended fast

I have a feeling maybe Mohegan will make an offer for Wynn Boston. If they drop litigation it might just make sense.

Are you saying this because MGM pulled out of the sale or did they actually?

Can serve until 4am but when can they start serving. Maybe at 4:15am would work. I say serve 24/7.

Boston doesn't really have enough going on to warrant 24/7 and 20/7 is a little more practical for logistical reasons like cleaning and shipments etc . They probably could've gotten 24/7 if they wanted but you might not make much on the margin paying their employees what they pay them. And I'd imagine a good mount of externalities too..
