Is there a good source for tracking ownership of communication towers in MA?

The short: There’s a fairly tall comm tower that appears to be roughly 4-4.5 miles away and recently switched from flashing rather inconspicuously to full-on white strobes. I’m convinced there’s an issue and the daytime strobes are also running at night as I cannot imagine the FCC/FAA would regulate lights this bright at night, or allow it. Trying to figure out a) who to call about it b) confirm if this is my new normal and whether I need to call a realtor or commit insurance fraud ... I jest, but seriously, these dastardly strobes are lighting up my bedroom walls through 4+ miles of atmosphere and solar shades.

The shorter short: I’m having a Kenny Rogers Roasters moment and need help ... mental or otherwise.

Look up the FCC ASR search tool. You can also try to make your way to the tower itself and see if they've posted their information on the entry gate or fence surrounding the tower. Often times the tower is owned and maintained by a company who hosts antennas and such for various companies, so you would likely be taking it up with them.

Couldn't you just call the police and let them know what's going on?

I don’t engage the police for anything short of an emergency. They really have no power/interest on things like this.

This registry worked flawlessly - thanks.

I now have the owners contact, primary contact, and even the regulatory which applies to the tower (or can at least deduce with the info provided).
