Holliston is a respectable town too. Unsurprisingly I recall no trailer parks in the nexus of Sherborn and Holliston. A 40B development designed to accommodate only those families who make $90k annually or something instead of the high six-figure local finance-bro status quo won’t be exactly a slum, just a nominally sadder and slightly washed out muddy puddle alternate dimension (where maybe the hapless inhabitants didn’t sprinkle STEM or finance-bro fairy dust on their life) reflection of folks’ privilege to be able to buy at all in Sherborn. The commute into Boston is “long” with no public transit conveniences, but not THAT long because we live in tiny suburban Massachusetts and not Kansas.

Can someone explain the different neighborhoods of dover and the more desirable areas? Are there any less desirable areas that border walpole or Norwood? I'd think you'd want to be near needham or westwood if you commute to boston for commuter rail and also more resteraunts etc. Thanks
