Hi There,
I am a recruiter for a retailer currently conducting a search for a Store Manager candidate in Wrentham, MA. I have not worked in this market for quite some time and am wondering if people are open to commuting from the Natick/Framingham areas into Wrentham for work or if the pandemic has changed the length of commute people find acceptable in the area now. Any insight is greatly appreciated!

That’s not a terrible commute, so I’m sure some would if the pay were right.

They would, but with all the retail in the Natick/Framingham areas why would they need to?

I don't believe a store manager job at the outlet mall pays all that much.
