Is the Pinehills mostly a retirement community or is it a mix with families included? I love the idea of a planned community, but I wouldn't want my son to be the only child in the development! Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks!

I'm pretty sure that Pinehills is mostly elderly people. My dermatologist's office is located in Pinehills and driving around there multiple times, I have never seen a child.

Default Pinehills

Hi ~ I am a little late on the post but the previous "poster" couldnt be more wrong! I have lived (w/my children) in the Pinehills for 6 years. There is a seperate section that is 55 and over but again not the majority. We have a very active childrens group and kids pool.

Hi...way way late to reply myself. I thought I would respond in case someone does a search for the pinehills on the horum.

I work as an R.E. Agent in Plymouth. Have shown and sold in the Pinnehills many of times. In fact I'll be there on Sunday doing an O.H.

There are plenty of families in the Pinehills. Certainly retirees live there but its definitely not just a retirement community. Actually right down the road there is a fantastic over 55 community that is a spinoff(I guess you could say) of the Pinehills.
