CNN also saw over 100 employees accept a voluntary buyout option, losing bureau chiefs and award winners in the process.

Why aren`t the Trump loyalists giving us any updates on CNN`s ratings these day?

This is why the non-rightwingers seem to be better versed in their political discussion. They get balance from a wide variety of sources.

You only see drump endorse one single network ----nothing else. It's because Faux is the RNC network.
No, CNN (Faux News) is not the RNC network.

It's actually the people who work in the media who are vigilant:

It's always all about money. Cable ratings don't matter much if a cable channel is profitable.

CNN once had an old-style full staff of foreign correspondents like the broadcast news had, and these days, so many foreign stringers just aren't needed anymore. If CNN is stripping the fat and redundancy out of their outfit, the profit margin could increase while the viewership decreases.

As long as it makes money, CNN will be around. Just as all the others on cable.

Are those people measured as part of that 541,000?

No. When Larry King retired in 2010, he was well past his prime even then. His show lasted at least 2-5 years too long.
