Yeah. That was pretty obvious. Seems like you get under quite a few people's skin. Truth hurts.

I've lived in AZ. While it's a dry heat, once it hits 110 it doesn't matter there's no advantage over a humid place. It's just effin hot, lol.

It's ironic how the problems so many Memphians try to ignore are the same issues that hold the city back. You can't make the city better without addressing them. That totally smashes the whole "every city has problems" excuse. Our problems are our own and they directly affect how this city operates. First we should stop treating crime like it's big business.

Well, I find it ironic that Miserables accuse others of ignoring problems while they wallow, looking for problems & difficulties as easy targets to exploit, trying to create a perception of hopelessness & fear.

Sorry for your hopelessness and fear. But you missed the point. This change you speak of will never happen unless the issues are addressed then rectified. There's a direct connection between the "good" and "bad" qualities. And just what perception are you trying to create? Based on what I've read, your views don't seem balanced. They've gone beyond optimism and wandered into a fantasy realm. Also, you continue to honor a man who had no respect whatsoever for the city by calling Memphians "miserables". Way to insult your fellow Memphians.

No, I think you missed the point. It's your hopelessness & fear. My posts do not reflect such.

"This change" is happening. There's no on/off switch and Memphis must be resourceful and capitalize on its' strengths to move forward.

No, I can & often do backup a majority of things I post.

Calipari didn't call Memphians "Miserables", he called a small, marginalized group in the city that name. The only people on here that are insulting Memphians are Miserables & trolls like yourself.

What is this, Reverse Psychology 101?

No. They're people who simply see and respond to things differently than you do, and you--and folks like you--can't deal with differences of opinion without name-calling.

Not everyone has to see things the way you do. You--and folks like you--could simply ignore them, but clearly you--and folks like you--like arguing with them too much.
