You can get about 100 different answers to this

Interstate, Neely's, Rendezvous, Central, BBQ Shop, Cozy Corner, Leonards, The Pig, Blues City, Germantown Commissary....

Just to telll you what we are looking for, I want one of those places that when you order ribs they give you more than two. Maybe an all you can eat place. My husband can do some damage when it comes to good ribs lol...

Leonard's downtown had a buffet during the week at lunch, but did it close? I'm not sure. You won't find many buffets here, for BBQ. It's expensive!! (the ribs at least)

Interstate is nationally known as one of the top BBQ places in the country.

Thanks for your help. Interstate or Neelys will probably be our choice.

Interstate and Neely's are owned by the same family. You can see them on the...Food Network?...right now, they have their own show. "Down Home with the Neely's" or something like that.

Interstate is in a not so good area of town, so go during daylight. Neely's is an a desolate but okay area, outside of downtown. It would be fine anytime of day, just don't wander around.

If you go to Neely's, be sure to order a piece of Sock-it-to-me cake. Good stuff.

There's an Interstate BBQ on Stateline east of I-55. Might be a better bet coming from Graceland. BTW, it's in Mississippi just over the state line.

Don't go to Rendezvous. There slab of ribs isn't really a slab. Central BBQ has great ribs, and they serve a full slab for a reasonable price. I've never seen anyone eat more than a slab, but you could just order two. Central will give you the right amount of slabs and sides for whatever number of people in your group for a decent price. Just tell them what you want.
