Hello Everyone! I will be moving to Memphis in August of this year and I am looking to move to the Midtown area. Does anyone have any advice about moving to this area, such as rent costs, good/bad areas, etc.? Thanks for any help you can provide!

You can search on here and find these questions asked before. It is close to impossible to give guidelines about the safety in midtown; areas go from good to bad street to street. If you have specific addresses in question, feel free to post and we can give opinions. Rental costs are as low or high as you want -it all depends on the size, address, safety, renovations done, etc.
