Have you tried eating parsley daily? Homeopathic solutions? If you haven't please check into that, here is a link to start.
Home Remedies for Bad Breath - Treatment & Cure - Natural Remedy for Bad Breath - Bad Breath Diet

It sounds as thought your good bacteria has been over run by bad bacteria in your system. Eat sour kraut, good source of good bacteria. And do some research on other foods that are natural probiotics. http://www.medicinenet.com/probiotics/article.htm

I think chlorophyll tablets could help. Or Kombucha tea, or oil pulling with unrefined coconut oil. Wouldn't hurt to try at least.

I haven't read this whole thread, so perhaps this was mentioned before---

have you checked your blood sugar? I know you've been to many doctors, but, incredible as it might seem, many simply do not test for blood sugar. or, if they do, they fail to follow through. I was running 200-300+ for years and doctors simply mumbled something about oh, your sugar is a little high, then wandered off.

You can check your own sugar--many pharmacies do testing for a reasonable fee, or you can buy the equipment yourself. its cheap, easy, and you do NOT need a prescription.

Also, has anyone mentioned the possibility of a fungus? Fungal infections often go hand-in-hand with high blood sugar. A digestive fungus could cause bad breath. Good luck to you

Can't you chew gum? Get the strongest mint gum you can find and chew it throughout the day, breath mints work too.
Low carbs diets can make you have bad breath along with other other foods high in acid.
Have you tried gargling with baking soda water or peroxide? This can help balance the ph in your mouth that can cause bad breath.
I wouldn't give up, keep trying different things, chewing parsley and other leafy greens is supposed to work.
TUMS can help, people with a lot of stomach acid get more bad breath, eat a few TUMS a day and see if this helps.

I had a friend that ate a ton of garlic all the time. Needless to say her body would ozze a garlic smell, nevertheless her breath. One thing she did was chewed fresh parsley.

OP, do you know if you have or have ever had tonsil stones? They are these solid but soft small stones that develope outside of the tonsils or under the skin in the throat around their tonsils. They cause bad breath.

It agree no one understands, believe me I have been dealing with the same problem for 30 years. Just like you say other just don't get it. We have tried everything and have excellent dental hygiene but it doesn't show. It really does make or work , personal, social and actually every situation a nightmare. I am looking into sinus surgery after an MRI showed sinus issues if that doesn't work I have no idea if ill ever have regular breath. Stay positive you are not alone!!!

Try gargling with hydrogen peroxide twice a week. Make sure to spit thoroughly.

April2020, after reading your post, I am so shocked that your story is almost identical to my's. I have been having bad breath for almost 30 years now. I was 10 when I first noticed I have had bb. My personal and social life have been ruined. At least u can have a job. I had ever been to many jobs interviews, but I could see that the interviewers felt offended by my bb. This embarrassing situation made me even intense during interview. Needless to say, I am still unemployed. Who would like to hire someone who have bb? Contact me if u want to be friend... At least we can understand each other when we r on this topic, other ppl who don't have bb will never understand us.

I have read your story and i really thought I was the only one going through this. I've asked everyone that im close to and they all have told me "no you're good." I feel like they are lying to me just to speaker my feelings. Ive seen an ENT specialist and cried when they I got results that they couldnt find anything that would cause my bb. I understand the suicide issue bc you feel like there is no point in living if you cant have a simple conversation with someone, meet new people, date etc... I've master's talking without moving my lips, keeping safe distances and covering my mouth when I talk...I've used all products online, in stores, brush my teeth 3 to 4 times a day. Its very difficult and I wish I had an answer...No one deserves to live like this. Its very sad and depressing

I found out that I might have weak spleen and digestive system, which caused me having BB(read the article below). I 'm now taking Chinese medicine to boost my spleen, stomach, liver and kidney that my Chinese doctor said those are the weak parts in my body. I've been taking it for 2 weeks now and it seems that my BB is improved a bit...I will keep you all updated.

"Toxins are foul smelling, sticky substances that cause disease in humans and cause the foul stench of bad breath to form in your mouth.

Toxins form in your body by external and internal means.

Internally toxins form from a weakened digestive system. When your digestive system becomes imbalanced your digestive fire becomes weak and the food you eat is not digested properly, this becomes a breeding ground for toxins to form. These toxins get deposited in your mouth and digestive system.

The smell from these toxins is the root cause of your bad breath. These foul smelling toxins cause a stench to arise from your stomach and intestines out of your mouth.

Toxins in your body are indicated by a white coating on your tongue first thing in the morning, foul smelling stools that sink rather then float plus a list of other signs and symptoms. "
