Someone mentioned on the what's for lunch thread that they had 8 ounces of cream cheese LOL so for me I love to have crackers with cream cheese. I prefer to have it with wheat thins or Ritz crackers. lately wheat thins with cream cheese has been my thing. Also I must have Temptee brand cream cheese which is whipped. I have been known on occasion to finish an 8 ounce tub of cream cheese with half a box of wheat thins. It's not a terrible snack but I don't need to eat the whole tub of cream cheese. I try not to buy it every week.

I love carbs. Pizza, pasta, bread, just about anything from a bakery...

Yeah, I don't see good salami or Roquefort leaving my fridge anytime soon.

I am a cracker head. I can go through a box in no time if I let myself.

Bacon.

If my doctor ever tells me that I'll die unless I stop eating bacon, then I'll be sure to get my affairs in order.

Where do I start. If one word would do it would be "Fried".

Salt. I add salt to almost everything savory. But I’m not even trying to fool myself by saying I’m trying to break that habit. My BP is fine, btw.

My doc says eat more fish. Grilled salmon flaked out in a tub of cream cheese should be declared a health food on whole grain crackers. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

Ice cream. Cheese (although I've backed away from that). 7Up and Cran-Raspberry juice (not mixed together). Hawaiin Punch. Beef, "It's What's For Dinner". Gravy. Stuffing. Green beans.
