This may sound odd, but i define it as rigid closed-mindedness. I think if a person is rigidly closed-minded, then they cannot prove absolutely that anyone way of thinking/being is inherently good. They're essentially believing they're God, which is evidently a delusion.

How do you define mental ill-health?

If a group believes in something that there is no evidence to then it is called a normal mental health. Ie: Religion.

If an individual believes in something that is not believed by the majority. He is then considered delusional. Ie: The world was flat until an individual proved the group wrong.
