I saw a tutorial once on a dude giving instructions on how to remove that damn micro speaker that makes the seat belt chime. (I abhor that sound in all cars with a passion)

He basically had to remove the dashboard & the instrument panel because the speaker was located behind the instrument panel. He did it on a Honda Odyssey minivan, but I imagine the same or similar procedure would work for many cars out there.
