I have always lived in Mexico. I think the best school for people from the US is colegio AMERICANO. They have students from all places, they teach in english and have many foregin people. San Pedro Garza Garcia is the best option to live, expensive but nice, other place in Monterrey dont have the same good schools as San Pedro. Cecvac is a good school too, catholic and all girls school but americans dont usually go to that school.
Looking for an English speaking chauffeur. Am going to Monterrey to retrieve an impounded car from a choque and also to find a Shih Tzu lost during the same incident. Need someone with whom I can easily communicate and can navigate the bureaucracy and knows the City well. I speak defensible Spanish but in this case need to feel no pressure to communicate. Thanks for any help I get.
In regards to the current situation with auto and dog.....for get it as they are history.
In MC saw an ambulance along with a Foreign Diplomatic plated car that was in the Impounded yard...makes no difference.
Even with my Judicial and Federal connections the road is still a rocky one.
Forget it....your SOL.
