I don't like how most of my friends have moved out of Miami because they got sick of it!
You can find them now in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Chicago, and one got married and lives in West Palm Beach.

Driving. Is it required to constantly talk on a cell phone and drive here? People here are the worst drivers I have ever seen. I try to "model" appropriate driving etiquette for others in Miami, letting people merge if needed, not talking on my cell while driving...really people, put down your phone and drive nicely.

I agree and I'd add that the problem is not about money, the real problem is about culture and mentality. It seems Miamians think different from the rest of the country. They confuse politeness with weakness; however, when you answer in their rudeness same way their aggressiveness go down dramatically.
It's kind of they need to prove you if you are weak or not.. Strange way
