Hello, my name is Bandar Zamzami and am a 33yrs old student form saudi arabia am single and am comming to BARRY UNIVERSITY in the spring of 2012 january for my studies. I would like to ask where are the safe and quiet areas to rent an one bed room apartment and my budget is around 800$ would a i get a completely furnised apartment with that ,and do i need a car to comute to the university and what do i need to rent it what is the policy.

If you look very well you can find a small studio in decent areas like around Miami Beach. Unless you live right near Barry you will NEED a car too. I suggest trying to ask Barry for help and where their students live and maybe getting help finding a roommate. Even if you live right next to Barry you will still need a car. Barry is in a suburb, if you want to do much you need a car to get around easily.
