Hello everybody,

Health care professional with new private gig in Miami, 36 years old, single, no kids, straight but not really into partying but rather more into fine dining/finding new places to eat and outdoor type activities. I make about 20K net income per month. After all of this, I still want money in the bank. Questions are:

1. Best housing? - Suburban miami vs. downtown, best bang for the buck

2. Where do outdoorsy type people go in Miami? or do they even stay there?

3. Best place to women DECENT, CLEAN, EDUCATED women

Thanks!

At 20 k a month you can afford anywhere even the ritzy areas, Miami beach is fine or even key Biscayne if you want to just hop out doors. There are a lot of outdoor activities if you are into beach sports, biking, wind kite surfing, etc. The everglades during the winter are awesome especially to view at either sunrise or sunset.

If I were in your shoes I would look there first before suburbssince that is more for families with kids.
