There were a lot of companies in the 80's, Storer, Adelphia, etc but all have been bought up and became Comcast. South Florida has no real competition, the pizza dishes suck. I miss my C-band, but the greedy providers have taken all channels off the big dish.

I have comcast and I hate it, the customer services is bad and your internet and cable can go out they dont refund the difference when its on their in. The agents dont know math and dont ever order movies because they charge us multi times and it took months to get everything fix!!!!!!!!!!

Default Avoid Atlantic Broadband at all costs!

I've lived in many cities in the United States, and I have never, never had worse cable and broadband service than what I've gotten from Atlantic Broadband. Can't imagine why a local government would give them a franchise. Picture quality is poor, on-screen channel listing frequently lists wrong shows or shows none at all. Their customer service folks should be working for the U.S. Postal Service -- that's how customer-friendly and competent they are.
