I recently left class and there was this white Charger riding my ass for like 2 blocks, so I decided to speed up and switch lanes to get away from him, but there he was on my ass...following me. So I finally get a break in traffic, and I think that this guy was just looking pass because he was in a rush....no still on my ass, come to find out it was an unmarked deputy sheriff. He pulls up next to me at a light and tells me to slow down. I look at him, and say, But you were riding my tail, and I was just trying to get away from you. He laughs and speeds off.

"On your ass", tailgating? Just being clear.

If tailgating, I would report him as that is doing something to incite a reaction from someone in order to get them to break the law.

I can think of about a dozen places off the top of my head where that cop would be of better use.

Why I not surprised by this. Was it a young cop?

He looked about the same age as I. He seemed to be a dark skinned Latino...not quite sure with the tint in the car.

How do you know it was a deputy sheriff? It's odd BSO would be in Kendall.
Too bad you didn't get the plate number because if it was a sheriff he would have gotten at least some type of word from higher brass, but if he was a fake cop he wold have gotten a knock on the door by the real ones.

My bad, I meant state trooper. It was funny when he pulled up next to me, he "beeped" at me with his siren....I was like, where the hell is that coming from. This is what was tailing me.

Gotcha ya, thats annoying, too bad you did not get his plate. FHP usually are the most responsible drivers.
