Now will come the uproar from the out of towners, realtors and investors that this is paradise and no "major" city is cheap. You know, the same old same old...but we know the truth!

It is true no major city is cheap. But this study was not based how expensive homes are alone. The cost of living, taxes, insurance, wages, etc. of each city was part of the calculations.

It's almost tooooo expensive, we live in Boston and you earn way better.. plus no hurricane insurance..!
It's something to think about! we want to relocate there this summer, every time I read the city data get discouraged! I see the prices on this old houses and want to run away to Atlanta.. ha ha..
