Tell us more. Where are you coming from? Are you driving? How many people will be in your party and what are their ages?

One weekend is not enough to explore all that Michigan has to offer, but the best beaches are along the Lake Michigan shore.

Agreed with tuebor, little more info would help. Are you driving? Flying? I'm from the U.P. and would suggest that, but I understand it's a very far drive and can take up a lot of time. Give us a little more information and I'm sure you will get some great suggestions.

Add me to the list of needing more info before we can really help with advice. I can tell you that if you're talking about our Lower Peninsula then you want to come to the Lake Michigan side of the state. Sleeping Bear Dunes is one of our top spots for beauty.
