Hello,
We are moving to Novi and would like to build a home. Does anyone have any reviews good or bad of the home builders in the area (i.e. Pulte, Singh, M/I Homes or Toll Brothers)?

If you are building a custom home, you do not want one of the mass production home builders to do it for you. Find a true custom home builder. They cost more because they use quality products, take their time, and avoid cutting corners.

If by "build a home" you mean you are going to buy a home in a subdivision of mass produced homes where the home has not been built yet, that is a different story. All of the big mass production home builders are gong to have good and bad reviews. One is not better than another just because of their name. They all use similar techniques and materials. they people move from company to company. It all depends on which crew you get. All of them produce disasters and all of them produce homes that will last a while. all of them have stories of them honoring their warranties flawlessly and all of them have nightmare stories. It depends on who you talk to and for you, it depends on luck of the draw.
