I'm not an attorney, but I can answer your question. Your employer can not take any action against you due to your job related injuries or workman's comp claims. If they do, you should sue and they will have to prove that any actions taken were unrelated to your claim. The fact that they have subjected you to disciplinary action may be a lawsuit in it self.
