see if you have apartmentguide.com or apartmentfinder.com there. I also have a Great Pyreneese too and I am moving into an apt and am worried about the whole thing, lol. Believe me I'd rather be living on some property somewhere where Harley can run. They are great dogs! I'd have a bunch of them if I could. Good Luck to you!

My question...we've been in our own home for several years, and have a 100 pound Great Pyrenees, who is my spoiled, pampered baby.

Is anyone familiar with any rental agencies or landlords who have no problem with large dogs? We're not even sure where we'll be living, but I have no problem with commutes, as we live in a suburb that's quite removed now, and have a lengthy one. Anything in Milwaukee will seem miniscule by comparison.

Apartments probably wouldn't be the best solution, as he is a watchdog, and can bark. But he is usually an inside boy, so at least it wouldn't disturb the neighbors if we are in a house.

Any hints welcomed!
We rented for a year in Nashota, which is an easy commute to Milwaukee; Parquelynn Village apartments. They accept pets and are adjacent to a lovely park for dog walking.
The complex is older, and many of the kitchens/baths are Brady Bunch era, but the grounds are beautifully maintained and it is low density and quiet.
