Here's the deal. right now we are in the perfect situation. Living in edina. close to everything. Ymca, target, southdale mall. close to my fiancee's job. driving distance to my job. you cant beat it. also utilties are included except electric and cable. However we are about to have our 3rd child(my 1st, her 3rd). and i know we wont be able to stay where we are. Where else can i stay thats affordable, convenient to everything and may include some utilties.

What's your idea of affordable? Do you have an upper limit? I've seen some houses in Richfield for $1,000 or less, and I know there's a 3-BR, 2-BA house near us (SW Minneapolis/Richfield border) for $1250, and I even saw a listing for Linden Hills for $1295. Farther away, I also saw a 3-BR by Bryant Park in Uptown/Lyn-Lake for $1020, heat included. Check out Craigslist if you haven't already. Apartments around here don't seem to have many 3-BR options, so odds are that most likely you're looking at a house, a townhouse, or a duplex situation, and I think it will be tough to find something under $1,000, especially near near where you are right now. Any chance you can put off moving for awhile and just squeeze the baby in with you for the first year? Babies don't take up a lot of space, so you could save some money if you don't need to move immediately. On the other hand, there are lots of rentals on the market right now, so you'd have a lot of options to check out.
