I'm moving to Minneapolis from Columbus and bringing my Mommy with me! This should be fun. I'll be working in Eden Prairie. Some feedback please on questions I should ask you folks.

I've often wondered what it would be like to have a relevant college sports program?

Oh, I guess I missed the mind change part. Good luck with your move and much success and many blessings to you.

Yep Glenfield, good observation! I was interviewing for a position in StL, which I didn't get it. But I did get the position in Minneapolis. God always puts you where you're meant to be! It is GREAT living in Columbus, having access to the collegiate sports is a plus! Especially basketball, the games are cheap and its something to do. I imagine you guys have a college with sports too. Have the Buckeyes played a MN college before? If they have then I could see a Buckeye game still. With me moving so FAR away, I probably will only get back here once or twice a year.

Yes you could go to Gophers games at the U of M. They have a really good hockey team, you could catch a Buckeye - Gopher football game at TCF Bank stadium. If you like baseball you could go to a Saint Paul Saints game at Midway Stadium, very fun family friendly atmosphere and tickets are pretty cheap.

My first question is if your more of a City girl, Suburb girl or Country girl?

Not a Country girl for sure. I grew up in the city, but after I graduated college I moved to a suburban neighborhood within the city. But if I have to pick between the three I would say City. But my Mommy is a Suburb girl, she's afraid of everything I tell ya!
