The only ones I know of that exist or have existed are Occupy Duluth and Occupy Hennepin County, but I'm sure there are others. Occupy Lakeville? Occupy St. Cloud? Occupy Rochester? Occupy North Oaks?

There was one in Duluth, but it seemed to be simply a dozen tents with one or two people present at any given time.
