The only slightly tricky part of the Chaska test is 4 way intersections with no stop signs.

I'm taking the test this Friday. What is it like today? I used to take road test at Eagan. Do you have any tips? I am very comfortable driving. What is parallel parking like and do you still reverse in a driveway? Is Chaska road test like out in Chaska? Compared to Eagan where its a road test course.

The Chaska road test is on the city streets of Chaska, not a closed course.

Parallel parking was done between 2 flag type markers setup somewhere in town when I did it. I remember driving past them before the test and seeing a "no practicing" sign.

Thanks. Actually my dad and I went to Chaska yesterday to practice. I seen a no motor vehicle part and thought that was the 90 degree backup. So its flags, not cars.

I passed this time! YAY. I strongly suggest anyone go to Chaska. Only 3 examiners. I had Harry, hes a bit older and taller. Quite nice. Wants you to do your best.

Cool beans! It took me two tries in Chaska way back when I took my test! 1st time I failed for a yield sign and traffic was approaching - dunno what I was thinking - and then that same test I ACED the parallel parking. What the heck?!??!
Second time I aced everything and mucked up the parallel because I was so nervous. Go figure.
Great place (Chaska)! I second the recommendation. Glad you liked them. Have fun driving!! Be safe out there.
