Average cost of bills in Collins, ms (renting, first time home buyer)

My family and I are considering renting or buying a house in Collins, MS. I was just wondering if anyone knew what the average cost of bills are in this area. We are first time home buyers/renters, so a list of bills would be helpful too lol I would appreciate any input!

collins or collinsville? I'm not familiar with collins..what part of state? I live not far from meridian..just far enough to have housing costs less than there.Groceries are kind of high where I am..$4.50 gallon milk..gas yesterday was $3.74...if you can find fresh farm stands for produce its cheaper than in a store and much fresher.
Rent in my area (basically central ms) is about $500 on up for decent places to live.
