Ok, we are moving to Foley for my husbands job. I need to know if anyone can tell me where to look for a rent house (good neighborhood), estimate Utility Cost, Good School Zone. Also, any information you think would be useful in moving my family of 5!!

I would suggest any of several realtors in the area. There are nice houses for rent in most neighborhoods. There may be a "rent by owner" type of web site.
Assuming you would also be on Riviera Utilities, for a family of three we send them about $300 per month for electricity, water, garbage, and cable tv. Our sewer service is with BCSS, which is high. If with Riviera, I think it would be around $30 per month, based on water usage. BCSS is a flat fee of $54 or so.
Can't help you on the Foley schools, since my brood is all grown and went elsewhere.
