To the left would be a parking garage which would be 5 stories and have 1,000 spaces. The design would remove 4-600 spaces but with the garage, it should increase parking by at least 400 spaces.

It took a while to mock this up but only a few hours including the rendering. I had a video of a walk through as if you were walking through it as a shopper but can't find it.

If only H&M was incorporating the ancillary mall entrance between it and Mandarin Express. Every bit of additional square footage is needed. As it stands, the forthcoming Bel Air store is smaller than locations in Jackson, Destin and Columbus.

The mall wing being considered for the current Belk building would need substantial traffic driver, so H&M would've been great in the larger Tenant F space. In that location, it could possibly feature an external entrance and showcase window displays.

The spaces in red have store space (square footage) that has been altered from the 2014 floor map. Anybody want to fill in the spaces with known/expected retailers?
