Want to add:

1) St Louis is a two lane street with on-street parking on both sides
2) it has large sites available for new construction
3) property owners that don't have the ability to redevelop are willing to sell their site
4) height restrictions are higher than dauphin street and other locations.

Looks like the large apartment development at Rangeline Crossing is still in design stages... they are anticipated to be completed in 4 phases instead of 2. Looks to be at least 22 separate buildings. Not sure on final units... there were a significant number of units in the original planning documents

I noticed a little work that's being done. And that's huge have you guys seen any renderings ?

And I assume the units near the fair ground isn't too far behind.

Anyone know of home builders who have plans between 90,000 and 130,000

I already know of S.S. Steele and Heritage Homes, are there any others ? also, any bad ones to stay away from.

The 222 unit townhome project on Old Government has began project and permitting, the name of the development is the Village at Tate Farm

This bring the total number of Multi family projects that began permitting so far this year to 6, totaling 914 housing units

I find it amusing how it’s called “Tate Farm” when it’s actually in a forest and not on a farm

Looks like a couple more hints for Main Event coming to Mobile, a Subdivision application came out today for “ to remove access note from existing recorded subdivision plat” on the property that Main Event had a PDM with a few months back and under “A future development area proposed” it’s marked yes
