So a redditor told me of several more new subdivisions in the works right now

One near Longmire Trail adding 140 lots
Valor Ridge on Schillingers near Three Notch Koner with 190 lots
Dunham Farms at MCdonald Rd and Theodore Dawes Rd with 129 lots
and Oakmont at Creel rd and Old Pascagoula rd with 97 lots
Speaking of Oakmont, Kathy Jumper just announced DR Horton bought the property for said subdivision

Also a local attorney is buying the old New Horizons Credit Union in Midtown and moving their office to the building

You know, I think it may do a lot for Mobile County as its the Northern Suburbs that are closest to the site, Satsuma and Saraland a whole 10 minutes closer to the Mega Site than Spanish Fort and Loxley. Mobile is just as close to the mega sit as Spanish Fort and Loxley (30 minutes). And Theodore and Tillman's Corner are just as close to it as Daphne and Robertsdale (40 minutes)... Bay Minette is so isolated lol

I’m confused I think Dawes and Irvington areas will benefit the most as far as real estate and development. As far commuters I think this will draw more ppl from the ms gulf coast. For ppl on the eastern shore this will be a drive for those guys lol. Ppl drive to Calvert every day from mobile tho

Lol I’m talking about the South Alabama MEGA SITE in Bay Minette, not the Logistics Park in Theodore
